Level 1

This is for people who are new to yoga.  Your goals might include healing an injury, improving your pickleball game, or just getting good enough to feel confident in a group class.  You may or may not be interested in the spiritual elements of a yoga lifestyle.  But you probably want a practice that feels like it’s working on a deeper level than what you would get at the gym. These practices are as easy or challenging as you want.  They are designed to bring a sense of light and restoration to your life.
